Registration Deadline for both weekends is October 13, 2023
All FORMS are due by October 18th
and rosters will be frozen on this date.

Non-Rostered Player Registration
This is for those players that are NOT currently registered with an association and wish to guest play for the tournament.
Guest Player Pool Registration
This is for those players that ARE currently registered with an association and wish to guest play for the tournament.
Required Paperwork for Recreational Teams (forms are located under 'Team Requirements)
a NTSSA/USYS official team roster signed by the head coach and the local association registrar
a Midland Soccer Association Tournament Release Form with required signatures (MSA Rec teams only)
USYS medical releases for ALL players (Does not need to be notarized) DUE BY OCTOBER 25, 2023
Guest Release Forms with all required signatures
Any teams outside of NTSSA must have approved travel papers

Local teams – The coach listed on the roster may check in at the MSA office the Friday prior to the start of the tournament. (Check-In Time – TBD)
Out of town teams – The coach listed on the roster shall check in at the tournament headquarters at least one (1) hour prior to their first scheduled game.
Teams that play any games without having first checked-in will automatically forfeit those games, regardless of the game outcome or the team’s standing in the tournament.
Team coaches will be provided a TSO contact page and their coach’s bag. They will also sign off on their Official Tournament Roster
