Adult League 

Player Registration: 

All players MUST have completed the following information before being placed on a team.

• All players will register individually and pay $30.
• Fill out waiver (in registration)
• Provide age verification (birth certificate, passport, driver’s license, or state ID).

NO PLAYER WILL BE ACCEPTED TO PLAY ON ANY TEAM WITHOUT BEING REGISTERED OR VERIFICATION OF DOB.

• Team Manager/Captain register team by August 25th.
• $500 Team Fee
• $300 Coed Team Fee
• Minimum of 12 players on team to register
