Recreational teams are available for players with birth years from 2003 to 2017. Players must be three years old by July 31, 2020. Teams are formed according to the players' birth years.

Game Dates:

September 12, 19, 26

October 3, 10, 17, 24, 31

Rules for the Junior League Divisions will apply. In addition:

1. If no players are available in the player pool, coaches of record may actively seek players of the proper age group within the Member Association to be added to a supplemental draft, and:

  1. The player is not presently registered on an existing team.
  2. The player did not play for a returning  recreational team during the previous season.

2. Players added to the pool will be assigned to only those teams participating in the original blind draw, through an additional blind draw as administered by the Commissioner. 

a. 13U and older players may be assigned to any NTSSA recreational team using a draw in addition to a member association considering requests from recreational players to play together on a team (6 max). Coaches may not refuse the addition of players from the pool if they are assigned by the association. The use of tryouts, invitations, recruiting or any similar process to roster players selectively to any team on the basis of talent or ability is prohibited.
